Super-stek.pl delivers products throughout the country and to selected countries in Europe:

• Poland – fast and reliable delivery by DPD courier.
• Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, France – premium meat also available for customers abroad.

Delivery cost – simple and transparent pricing

• Cost of one package (up to 27 kg): 40 PLN – includes thermal packaging, cooling inserts, and courier service.
• **Two packages (up to 54 kg)**: 70 zł. **Regardless of the order weight (1 kg or 27 kg), the cost of one package is always 40 zł.** It is worth remembering that in one package you can fit up to 27 kg of products, which makes our delivery prices very competitive. --- ### **Satisfaction Guarantee – No Risk** Our mission is to deliver fresh meat in perfect condition. That’s why we take full responsibility for every package. If for any reason the meat does not meet your expectations (e.g., unpleasant smell or too high temperature in the package), **you can count on a reshipment or a refund.** --- ### **Flexible and Secure Payment Methods** We offer three convenient payment methods so that every customer can choose the most convenient option for themselves: 1. **Cash on Delivery** – cash or card payment to the courier. 2. **Quick Online Transfers** – Blik, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or through your bank. 3. **Traditional Transfer** – the order is shipped after the payment is credited. ### **Why Can the Final Order Value Vary?** Due to the fact that we cut the meat by hand, the exact weight of the products may differ from what was stated in the order by **± 15%**. The final weight is determined on the day of preparing the shipment, when the products are weighed and packaged. Based on this, we issue a receipt with the actual value of the order. #### **How Do We Settle Payment Differences?** 1. **Cash on Delivery** The customer pays the courier the amount specified on the receipt, which they receive via email on the day of shipment. 2. **Prepayment (quick transfer, Blik, traditional transfer)** - If the receipt value is lower than the amount paid, we refund the difference to the customer’s account within **3 business days**. - If the receipt value is higher, we ask for the difference to be paid. Information about the additional payment can be found: - On the receipt sent via email. - In an SMS reminder. The customer has the option to make the additional payment using a quick payment link or a traditional transfer – all details are available in the email message. #### **Receipt Information** The receipt with the final weights and prices of the products is always sent **via email on the day of order shipment**.
