Purposes and legal basis for processing personal data
The Personal Data Administrator processes your personal data for the following purposes and scope:
- to take actions before entering into a contract at your request (e.g., creating an account), i.e., the data provided in the registration form in the Online Store, such as email address and established password, gender; if the Account registration occurs via an external authentication service (e.g., Google+, Facebook), we collect your first and last name, and if you register while purchasing Goods, we collect your first and last name and data provided for order fulfillment such as the shipping address; to provide Services requiring account creation such as maintaining order history, informing about the status of order fulfillment, we process your data provided in the Account and during the purchase of Goods;
- to provide Services not requiring account creation and purchase of Goods, i.e., browsing the Online Store's web pages, product search, we process personal data concerning your activity in the Online Store, i.e., data regarding the Products viewed by you, data regarding your device's session, operating system, browser, location, and unique ID, IP address;
