The personal data collected by the Administrator of the Online Store are processed in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU L 119, p. 1), hereinafter referred to as GDPR.

The Administrator of the Online Store makes special efforts to protect the privacy and information provided to him regarding the Customers of the Online Store. The Administrator diligently selects and applies appropriate technical measures, including programming and organizational measures, to ensure the protection of processed data, in particular securing data against disclosure to unauthorized persons, disclosure, loss and destruction, unauthorized modification, as well as against processing in violation of applicable laws.

The recipients of the possibility to use the Goods and Services available on the website are not children under 16 years of age. The personal data administrator does not foresee the intentional collection of data concerning children under 16 years of age.

Purposes and legal basis for processing personal data

The Personal Data Administrator processes your personal data for the following purposes and scope:

  • to take actions before entering into a contract at your request (e.g., creating an account), i.e., the data provided in the registration form in the Online Store, such as email address and established password, gender; if the Account registration occurs via an external authentication service (e.g., Google+, Facebook), we collect your first and last name, and if you register while purchasing Goods, we collect your first and last name and data provided for order fulfillment such as the shipping address; to provide Services requiring account creation such as maintaining order history, informing about the status of order fulfillment, we process your data provided in the Account and during the purchase of Goods;
  • to provide Services not requiring account creation and purchase of Goods, i.e., browsing the Online Store's web pages, product search, we process personal data concerning your activity in the Online Store, i.e., data regarding the Products viewed by you, data regarding your device's session, operating system, browser, location, and unique ID, IP address;

The data controller will provide you with information about the actions taken in relation to your request without undue delay – and in any case within one month of receiving the request. If necessary, the one-month period may be extended by a further two months due to the complex nature of the request or the number of requests.

In any case, the data controller will inform you of such an extension within one month of receiving the request, providing the reasons for the delay.

You have the right to obtain from the data controller information as to whether your personal data is being processed.

If the data controller is processing your personal data, you have the right to:

  • access your personal data;
  • obtain information on the purposes of processing, categories of personal data being processed, recipients or categories of recipients of such data, the planned period for which your data will be stored or the criteria for determining that period, your rights under GDPR, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, the source of such data, automated decision-making, including profiling, and the safeguards applied in relation to the transfer of such data outside the European Union;
  • obtain a copy of your personal data.

  • your personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed;
  • you have withdrawn your specific consent, to the extent that the personal data was processed based on your consent;
  • your personal data has been processed unlawfully;
  • you have objected to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling, to the extent that the processing of personal data is related to direct marketing;
  • you have objected to the processing of your personal data in connection with processing necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or processing necessary for purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the data controller or a third party.
