The proprietary copyrights to the Portal, graphic design, photos, and content contained therein belong to the owner of the super-stek.pl store based on the provisions of the Act of February 4, 1994, on copyright and related rights (Journal of Laws 1994, No. 24, item 83, as amended), therefore none of the materials found in the Portal's resources may be used, reproduced, copied, recorded, or distributed in any way without the consent of the store owner.


§1 – GENERAL INFORMATION

  1. These regulations define the terms and conditions of the sale and delivery of meat products, processed meat products, spices, and all other products purchased in the online store super-stek.pl.
  2. This regulation is also an integral part of the sales contract concluded between the seller and the customer. The contract is concluded at the moment of adding selected goods to the cart, filling out the registration form, or placing an order.
  3. A condition for registering on the service and thus concluding the sales contract is the acceptance of these regulations by the Customer.
  4. The prices displayed in the online store super-stek.pl are expressed in Polish zlotys and are gross prices - including VAT.
  5. Prices indicated for products do not include hermetic packaging and do not cover transportation costs. (Details in §4 – DELIVERY AND DELIVERY COSTS)
  6. The seller reserves the right to differences in weight and thus to a difference in the amount to be paid for the ordered goods, which is dictated by the existing weight difference of the products. The assortment is hand-cut, and the final weight of the product and the order value may differ by ± 15% from the ordered value. The seller commits to fulfill the order by selecting the closest weight to the weight specified in the order.

§2 – PLACING ORDERS

To purchase goods in the online store super-stek.pl, you must make the appropriate selection from the offer, choosing a specific product by providing the appropriate weight and placing it in the cart. You then need to register. Registration involves providing detailed information allowing for the verification of the customer and recipient of the goods, such as: First and Last Name, residence address, shipping address (if different), email, and phone contact...

  1. All data provided by the customer will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling appropriately placed orders by the seller, while the email address may also be used to send commercial information regarding the products of super-stek.pl and promotions of the online store. Additionally, every customer providing their data during registration has full access to their data for modification and may also request the deletion of data.
  2. Customer personal data is not shared or sold to third parties unless this occurs with the explicit consent or at the request of the customer.
  3. The seller reserves the right to additional verification of the customer's data, e.g., by contacting them by phone.
  4. Placing orders in the store is possible 24 hours a day, and fulfillment occurs the next day, although in the case of ambiguities, this will be done after prior consultation with the customer. The online store super-stek.pl delivers purchased products using its own transport within Białystok the day after placing the order. It also offers the possibility of shipping the order on any business day, i.e., from Monday to Thursday, assuming that the order was placed on the business day preceding the shipment.
The seller does not process orders on statutory holidays in accordance with applicable regulations. In the event of a lack of ordered goods at the time the order is placed by the customer, the seller will promptly inform the buyer of this fact – offering them equivalent goods at a similar price or, upon agreement with the buyer, a different delivery date for the order. At the moment of a specific assortment being unavailable, the buyer has the full right to cancel the order and simultaneously withdraw from the contract. **§3 – PAYMENTS** The client can choose from the following forms of payment: a) cash on delivery – when selecting this payment method, payment is made in cash upon receipt of the goods by the **client**. b) secure online payment via Przelewy24 – payment is made in advance through the secure payment service Przelewy24. **§4 – DELIVERY AND DELIVERY COSTS** Delivery can be carried out via super-stek.pl suppliers – only in Białystok and the surrounding area (up to 30 km) and by courier service throughout Poland. The cost of delivery by company transport is dependent on the order value and amounts to: 10 PLN gross for orders not exceeding 200 PLN; 0 PLN gross for orders exceeding 200 PLN gross. For locations more than 30 km away from Białystok, orders are shipped by courier. **The cost of courier shipping is 40 PLN** (the price includes additional vacuum and thermal packaging) throughout Poland. Super-stek.pl does not process orders with a value below 40 PLN gross. If an order is placed by the customer with a value below 40 PLN gross, super-stek.pl will contact the customer by phone or email to modify or cancel the order. **§5 – COMPLAINTS** If, after receiving the goods, it turns out that the goods do not conform to the order or raise any doubts regarding quality, the seller must be notified immediately for a quick and efficient handling of the complaint. The buyer is obliged to send via email all necessary data such as: order number, purchase date, and at the seller's request, additional information such as: providing the batch number, production date, or expiry date – data appearing on the labels of the sold goods. The complaint will be processed within a maximum period of 14 days – all responses will be sent to the buyer electronically. **§6 – WITHDRAWAL FROM THE SALES CONTRACT** For sanitary reasons, particularly regarding the necessity of protecting public health, the Buyer does not have the right to withdraw from the sales contract for food products with a short shelf life. According to Article 38 of the Act of May 30, 2014, on consumer rights [Exceptions to the right to withdraw from the contract], the buyer does not have the right to withdraw from a distance contract where the subject of the service is a product that is prone to rapid spoilage or has a short shelf life, which applies to food products offered in the store. In the case of industrial products from the "knives" department and those with a long shelf life, the buyer has a 14-day right to withdraw from the contract. **§7 – OTHER INFORMATION** The regulations come into effect on the date of publication on the store's website, i.e., from February 1, 2015. Interstek Kinga Więsław reserves the right to make changes to the regulations. For contracts concluded before the introduced changes, the version of the Regulations in effect on the date of the order applies. In the event of a justified suspicion that the data provided by the buyer is untrue or incomplete and prevents proper order fulfillment, The seller has the full right to suspend the order and immediately block the buyer's account.
