Green curry is a blend of Thai spices with a distinct note of chili and lemongrass. The green color comes from green chili.
Just add coconut milk, vegetables, and meat to make a delicious dish. Serve with rice or naan bread. You can also stir-fry vegetables and tofu in a wok, add noodles and coconut milk. Cook for a few minutes until the desired thickness of the dish is achieved.
