Honey contains carbohydrates, which are the most numerous group of its components. It mainly consists of glucose and fructose, giving it strengthening properties. It contains beneficial bacteria such as Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus, which improve the immune system and protect against diseases. The aroma and flavor of this precious product come, among other things, from the presence of organic acids and essential oils derived from floral nectars.
Honey is classified as a so-called free sugar and is one of the healthiest free sugars that can be added to food. Since the dawn of time, people have consumed honey.

Ingredients: ● 1 gutted duck without offal approx. 2 kg ● 1 teaspoon of marjoram ● 2 cloves of garlic ● 8 large tablespoons of “Honey for Meat” UL4YOU ● 4 tablespoons of oil ● 4 tablespoons of ketchup ● hot paprika powder ● duck seasoning
Preparation: Wash the duck thoroughly inside, mix the oil with the spices and honey, and coat the duck thoroughly inside and out. Place it in a dish and pour in a liter of water. Bake at 180 degrees for about 2 hours. If it browns too much, cover it with aluminum foil.
