Honey contains carbohydrates, which are its most numerous group of ingredients. It mainly consists of glucose and fructose, giving it strengthening properties. It contains friendly bacteria, Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus, which improve the immune system's function and protect against diseases. The aroma and taste of this valuable product come, among other things, from the presence of organic acids and essential oils derived from flower nectars.
Honey is classified as a so-called free sugar and is one of the healthiest free sugars that can be added to food. Since the dawn of history, people have been consuming honey.

Ingredients: ● 1.5 cups of flour ● 2 large tablespoons of “Honey for Baking” UL4YOU ● 3 whole eggs ● ½ teaspoon of baking soda ● 60 dag of hazelnuts
Cream: ● 1 cup of cream, ● 1 cup of sugar.
Preparation: Put honey, sugar, and eggs into a pot and heat while stirring thoroughly. While stirring continuously, add the flour and baking soda. Pour the batter into a mold and bake for about 45 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. After baking, remove the cake from the mold and cut it into two equal parts, then let it cool. Spread cream on it and join the two parts. The top of the cake can be decorated with nuts.
