250 ml 18% cream
1 cup vegetable broth
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon marjoram
salt and pepper to taste

Sear the portions in butter on both sides until browned.
Add chopped onion and garlic and after a while pour in the broth.
Stew covered for about 1.5 hours until the meat is tender.
